PE filler compounds lead to increase the productivity and improve the polymer processing, since the additional of calcium carbonate result in increased volumetric output and adding of plasticizer with lubricants will lead to improve the extrusion and injection process.
Applications:
PE filler compounds allows is LLDPE base polymer and the Maximum particle size of the Calcium Carbonate is 6µm which is especially for blown film, injection molding, blow molding for both PE and PE as well .
